Chen Zhiman

Ms. Chen Zhiman, born in 1973, a Chinese citizen without permanent residency abroad.. She graduated in June 1995 from Zhejiang University with a bachelor’s degree in industrial electrical automation. she is a senior engineer. In July 1995, Ms. Chen joined CRRC Zhuzhou Electric Locomotive Research Institute Co., Ltd. as an engineer. From September 2005 to October 2021, she served as an engineer and the head of the Technical Expert Group in the Engineering Technology Department of the Manufacturing Center of the Company and since October 2021, she has served as a senior engineer for the Foundation Research & Development Processes in the Engineering Technology Department of the Manufacturing Center. Ms. Chen received the IPC President’s Award in 2022 and the IPC Fellowship Medal in 2024 from the Global Electronics Association (“IPC”), and she currently serves as a global standing member of TAEC (Technical Activities Executive Committee) of IPC. She has been an Employee Director of the Company since December 2025.
