JX300 OCS Inspection Vehicle
Brief Introduction/Functions The JX300 OCS inspection vehicle is a four-axle inspection vehicle with hydrodynamic drive. The inspection vehicle is equipped with a real-time intelligent detection and analysis system for electrified overhead contact system, which is mainly used for high-definition imaging of OCS suspension device, support device, and positioning devices. The captured images will be automatically be analyzed and a list of OCS suspension status faults based on manual confirmation will be generated through the intelligent image recognition algorithm to guide OCS maintenance personnel to repair faults in OCS operation in time. Through real-time image detection and analysis, the labor intensity of manual image viewing and analysis can be further reduced, and the efficiency of OCS maintenance can be improved. It can also be used for transport of materials, tools and personnel during railway line maintenance.
